NEC Corporation of America, with NEC Corporation, has installed the first communications solution with an Application Platform for Hotels. This communication platform was installed at The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center in Texas, USA.

The Application Platform for Hotels allows the customer to tailor their system with the applications they would specifically like; all of which are available on the single server platform. The applications are easily accessible to hotel staff with no interferences, guaranteeing a higher satisfaction rate for their hotel guests. Larry Levenberg, Vice President of NEC Corporation of America said that this solution was developed to help the service-based industry to focus on the customer experience.
