I wanted to take a minute to commend Denny Rue on his outstanding customer service. Our conversion process was lengthy and there were some serious challenges along the way, but we consistently had commitment from Denny and he always came through with answers and solutions. Denny was always responsive to calls and requests from numerous members of Upper Dublin staff and he never hesitated to come into our office to offer assistance. Denny played an integral part in transitioning Upper Dublin Township into the cloud based system and we are extremely thankful for his commitment and tireless support.
I’m writing to let you know that I have been extremely satisfied with the services your company has provided for Ikea Wholesale, Inc. All of your representatives that come to our building, and the girls in your office, have been great.
